Joel Richards – Programmer/ Web Developer
Joel is a Macromedia Certified Advanced ColdFusion Developer. He has been developing web-based applications using ColdFusion, JavaScript, HTML, and MSSQL Server databases since 1997. Prior to starting J3media Joel was employed by Brainstorm Industries from 1999. Before that Joel owned his own web design company.

Josh Potter – Graphics Designer/Web Developer
Josh is a graduate of the Art Institute of Colorado. His skills include graphic design, web design, Flash, and Illustration. Prior to starting J3media, Josh had been employed by Brainstorm Industries since 2002. He has also worked as a free lance graphic and web designer in the Denver metro area, and has worked in San Diego as a Flash animator.

Josh Tischer – Programmer/Web Developer
Josh is a graduate in Computer Sciences from Fort Lewis College, he is skilled in web development and multiple programming languages: Java, Coldfusion, PHP, SQL, Javascript, C, C++, Asp, Asp.net, Visual Basic, and Assembly.

Joan Zwisler – Communications Czar
Joan has a BFA in Photography from Parsons School of Design. Prior to working with J3media, Joan was the news director for KSUT Public Radio. Joan has studied HTML, XHTML, CSS, Adobe Photoshop, and is currently enrolled in Marketing for Smarties.

Margaret Babiarz – Graphics Assassin
Margaret has worked in the graphic and web design industry since 1999. She graduated from Columbia College in Chicago with a Bachelor of Arts in Art & Design. She is also certified in Client/Server Programming. Prior to working for J3media, Margaret was a digital imaging specialist for Light Source Photography and a design consultant for Skydancer Productions.

Sunshine "Sunny" Rothove – Project Manager/Code Monkey
Sunny has worked in the technical/software development and project management industries for over 12 years. She graduated from Webster University with a Masters Degree in Information Technology Management. She is also certified as a Project Manager with the Project Management Institute. Prior to working for J3media, Sunny worked for a Fortune 500 Company in Saint Louis, MO. Some of her past clients include American Express, Chase/ Universal Studios and NASCAR.
